Ordering: You can pay for your order by Paypal directly through this site - just follow the instructions as you progress through checkout.
Alternatively, if you prefer, after placing your order you can call the shop and we will take your payment over the phone using a credit or debit card. We are open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm, and our number is (01277) 823603. Please place your order through the site before calling to pay as this makes payment much quicker and ensures we have a record of your purchase. If you prefer, we can phone you to take payment at a time convenient to you - if you wish to do this just leave a message with your order in the "Special Instructions" box or send us an email.
Postage and Packaging: £2.95 on all orders within the UK. Please note that some items we sell, such as fish, are collection only and cannot be posted. If you are outside the UK, please contact us before buying so we can adjust postal prices.
Your order will usually be dispatched within two working days, by First Class post. If you order towards the end of the week and the weather is very hot or cold and/or you have ordered live snails, we may hold back sending your order until Monday, to ensure your parcel does not get delayed over the weekend in the sorting office. If you have a preferred day you wish us to dispatch, just let us know.
Returns: If for any reason you change your mind and simply wish to return an item that you have purchased, please notify us by phone, email, or letter within 7 working days of you receiving it. Please send it back to the address below within 14 days of you receiving it, for a full refund of the amount you originally paid. Please note that in this case you will have to cover the return postage costs.
